EuroBEC Granfondo 2025
Register Here! The EuroBEC Granfondo adventure continues in Campo Maior
There are no two without three and so it will be with the EuroBEC Granfondo. After Badajoz and Elvas, in 2025 it's Campo Maior that will welcome the huge squad for the Granfondo raiano, which will take to the road on 6 April.
Classified as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, the stage of Campo Maior's unique People's Festivities will now be transformed to host the cycling festival for all. Whether you choose the 69-kilometre minifondo, the 102-kilometre mediofondo or the 148-kilometre granfondo, the historic Alentejo town will be the starting point for another great cycling day.
Badajoz will be the first destination of this EuroBEC Granfondo, and then, just before reaching the Guadiana, the participants will turn around and head for Elvas. This is followed by Santa Eulália, Arronches and Mosteiros, before passing through Nossa Senhora dos Degolados. This is where one of Delta Cafés' most important production units is located, as well as Adega Mayor, one of the many "dreams" that the immortal Rui Nabeiro gave real life to. The same goes for the magnificent Coffee Science Centre, a visit to which is highly recommended. For kids and adults...
The forays to Ouguela and Castro, north of the Caia and as if "touching" Spain, round off the EuroBEC 2025 route, in the certainty that you won't want to miss this adventure that combines sport and nature, history and traditions, gastronomy and heritage... and lots and lots of entertainment!
